Topups

One-off credit purchases that never expire.

Need more credits than your plan covers? Buy topups — one-off packs that sit on top of your monthly allowance and never expire.

Buying

Settings → Billing → Top up → enter amount (currency auto-detected).

Common sizes:

You can type any custom amount between $5 and$10 000.

Payment

Stripe-powered — any major card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA on EU accounts, Apple/Google Pay on mobile. Instant credit delivery on successful payment.

Invoice is emailed to the billing contact immediately.

Burn order

When you call the API, we deduct:

1. Monthly credits first (don’t waste what will expire on non-rollover plans)
2. Topup credits second (they never expire — use them last)

You see the split in Settings → Billing → Balance.

Refunds

Topups are refundable within 14 days if unused (EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal). Once you start consuming them, credits used can’t be refunded. Contact [e-mail] for refund requests.

Auto-topup (Business+)

Enable in Settings → Billing to auto-charge when balance drops below a threshold you set. Useful for production workloads that must never pause.
